• Entries must be typed and printed on the official application form and must be sent to us by registered post or courier.
  
  
• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  
  
• Receipt of entries cannot be acknowledged by mail / email.
  
  
• The organisers are not responsible for entries that may be lost in transit.
  
  
• You may apply in more than one category, if appropriate. However each application must be submitted separately, with all the supporting material. No requests for cross-referencing will be entertained.
  
  
• All information and documents become the property of Rotary Bangalore Midtown & Brigade Group. They will not be returned to the applicant.
  
  
• Nominees must sign the declaration and consent to the use of information in their entry for publicity purposes after the award results have been announced.
  
  
• The jury's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained on the subject, under any circumstances.
