Eligibility

• Men or women between 16-28 years of age.
  (born between 1 January 1983 to 1 January 1995)
   
• You must be a resident of Karnataka (for atleast 6 months) at the time of applying.
   
• You could apply as an individual or as a team.
   
• The number of members (including a principal team representative) in a team cannot exceed five members. All team members should be within the age-group specified.
   
• You also have the option of nominating an individual / team you believe deserves this award.
   
• Those who have applied previously may apply again.
  (However, past winners are not eligible.)
   
• Organisers and their families are NOT eligible to apply.
